In order for all of us to appreciate and preserve the notable trees of Allegany County, Maryland, we have developed this online registry of big trees in our area.
We are interested in keeping a database of any native species of tree, and you are encouraged to submit your own findings for inclusion.
Once we receive your submission, it must go through a verification process before it is officially included in the registry. Once
it is validated, it will be given an official score and will be available for others to see in the registry.
